Communication is an essential part of life. When communication is impaired, even in the smallest way, it can create huge barriers which are difficult to overcome.
Anna is a private Speech-Language Pathologist providing quality in person and virtual speech and language services to clients. Working collaboratively with clients and their families, Anna provides high quality speech and language services for preschool children, school aged children as well as adults.
Anna is a registered speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience helping children and adults achieve communication success. She has a Masters of Speech-Language Pathology and continually completes courses and workshops to update skills and keep her practice current. She believes that the best way to achieve goals in therapy is to be present in the client’s comfortable environment and provides a practical approach.
Anna has experience working with a wide range of communication difficulties: speech (articulation, phonology, motor speech/childhood apraxia), language learning, social communication, voice disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, hearing impairments and fluency (stuttering). She also has extensive experience with children and young adults with ASD (autism spectrum disorders). Additionally, she is interested in AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) for nonverbal or minimally verbal children and aphasic adults using technology in her sessions.
